אהובה גולדסטאנד

Ahuva Goldstand is Policy Fellow at the Israel Tech Policy Institute. She is a data privacy and commercial technology attorney, certified both to Israel and N.Y State bars, as well as a Certified Information Privacy Professional(CIPP/US).  She serves as Associate Counsel at YipitData in  New York City. Prior to that, she worked at the International Technology group at Yigal Arnon & Co. Law firm working on data, privacy, cybersecurity and technology transactions.

She holds law degrees from both NYU (LL.M) and Tel-Aviv University, (LL.B) and a B.A. in Business Administration and English Literature from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. In addition, Ahuva also consults on data privacy issues for the Future of Privacy Forum, in Washington, D.C. Ahuva has published on legal and regulatory policy for emerging technologies, including in VentureBeat, Law Technology Today and Fintech Finance among others.
