DESCRIPTION:משרד המשפטים והמכון הישראלי למדיניות טכנולוגיה\, קיימו ב 9 במאי יום עיון\, במסגרת תחרות ניירות המדיניות שהשיקו השנה בתחום המשפט והטכנולוגיה\, לסטודנטים מן הפקולטאות למשפטים בארץ. \nביום העיון נשאה ברכה המשנה ליועמ״ש [אזרחי] עו״ד כרמית יוליס ונשאה דברים עו”ד חלי גיא אלדר כנציגת מחלקת ניהול ותפקידים מיוחדים\, ייעוץ וחקיקה במשרד המשפטים. \nיום העיון כלל הרצאות מפי עו״ד עמית אשכנזי – עד לאחרונה\, היועץ המשפטי של מערך הסייבר הלאומי וכיום עמית במרכז למשפט וטכנולוגיה שבאוניברסיטת חיפה – על מחשבות על משפט\, טכנולוגיה ומדיניות; עו״ד יערה למברגר קינר – מוקד ידע (רגולציה) במחלקה הכלכלית בייעוץ וחקיקה שבמשרד המשפטים\, על כתיבת חוות-דעת משפטית ומסמכי מדיניות\, תוך התאמת המשפט לעולם המשתנה; ומפי ד״ר סיון תמיר\, מן המכון הישראלי למדיניות טכנולוגיה\, על אתיקה של בינה מלאכותית. \nהתחרות מבקשת לעודד מחקר ופיתוח מדיניות בסוגיות המצויות במפגש של משפט וטכנולוגיה ומעמידה במרכזה את שאלת המחקר – \n“האם יש להכיר בבינה מלאכותית כ׳ממציאה׳ לעניין דיני הפטנטים\, או כ׳בעלת פטנט׳?”. \nהתחרות תתקיים בינואר 2023 בפני קהל משתתפי התחרות ומוזמנים נוספים\, במסגרתו יציגו חברי הקבוצות את עיקרי חווה”ד שלהן ואת הצעת המדיניות המגולמת בה. \nפרס בשווי של 5000 ₪ יוענק לקבוצה הזוכה\, על-ידי משרד המשפטים ופרס בדמות תרגום מקצועי של חווה”ד לאנגלית ופרסומו בשתי השפות בערוצי משרד המשפטים והמכון\, יוענק על ידי המכון הישראלי למדיניות וטכנולוגיה.
